Return Merchandise Authorization request form for warranty or repair/upgrade service

AEG Basic Troubleshooting:
An airsoft AEG will never go out of service on you, however it is the buyer's responsibility to maintain it. (Much like servicing your car, airsoft guns require routine maintenance and care.)

1) If your AEG makes no sounds: Check the fuse. Replacing it is simple and easy. If it is compromised, replacements cost less than $1.00 at your local hardware store. You can also attempt to briefly connect the two fuse clips together to see if the fuse is the problem. 2) If your AEG makes no sounds: You may have overcharged the free "testing battery" that comes with Chinese AEGs (Charging time with the free charger for the testing battery included with the gun is less than 4 hours on the initial charge) Solution: Purchase a good battery.
3) If you can hear the motor attempting to turn, but the gun is not shooting: An internal part could be worn or the gun could require re-shimming. Replacement parts are able to be installed at home, see our VIDEOS for assistance. ***If you are covered under our 14 day warranty, DO NOT attempt to disassemble the gun. Routine fuse checking. barrel cleaning, lubricating, and battery replacement are the only procedures you may complete without voiding our warranty.***

Please fill out the below RMA form and a service representative will contact you very shortly with return instructions.
Returning a package without RMA# will only delay the process. All packages without an authorized RMA# will be discarded.

If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us immediately. We can assist you in completing a damage claim with the shipper.

Any items returned without an RMA# issued by our representatives will be refused or discarded. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges and returning goods to Evike.com for any warranty claims or services.

Once you are issued an RMA#, you will be given further instructions on shipping items to Evike.com. If all warranty guidelines and shipping instructions are met, you will be reimbursed for certain shipping costs.

All return packages will be inspected by authorized, industry leading technicians who will made all final decisions regarding your case. Any false claims will be handled as fraud.

Under extreme circumstances, it is at the discretion of the RMA Department and its staff to grant returns. Items must be in brand new, re-sellable condition. A 30% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in return situations.

	Note: All items we carry are brand new unless otherwise specified. All decisions regarding RMA cases are left to the discretion of the Evike.com RMA Department and its staff. Please send in your RMA request via FAX (626) 285-8622 or email to rma@evike.com. A representative will review your case. If approved, an RMA number will be assigned and further directions will be provided.

	Rate: Our labor rates for paid repairs are $35.00 an hour plus the cost of parts and shipping.
	Waiver: By sending in this RMA request, you verify that all claims made within this form are 100% true and understand that any false claim may result in additional shipping or storage and processing fees which will automatically be billed to you. By completing this request, you also verify that you understand and agree to the Evike.com Inc. Returns and Warranty Policy as listed on our website.
