GREAT gun.. TOP quality for most of the body fabrication.. the only part that lacks in any way is the stock.. there is definate wobble on the tube .. however wrapping with electrical tape everything but the bottom side will eliminate most wobble.. also the magazine, along with any other mag seems to have some wobble forward and backwards.. however wrapping your magazine with electrical tape will also eliminate your wobble.. other than that the gun is SOLID.. BESTTTT handguards ive ever felt.. vvery easy to open up for battery access also.. just, make sure you put it on the ground and push downward on the ring.. if you try to access the battery compartment with the gun at chest level you will find it more difficult..
blowback feature is GREAT.. since its pneumatic theres no cheezy electrical sound as the bolt moves.. its moved by air, yet does not decrease FPS of gun .. however this gun was not built for a strong FPS, rather its meant for high rate of fire and medium intermediate engagements.. you would need to throw in a stronger spring to bring up the fps.. but i am perfectly fine with its stock performance.. its exactly as i expected if not pleasantly surprising..
THE ONE complaint i do have.. if you know anything about the gr16 lineup.. you'll know that most do not come with a functional dust cover.. this one does.. its supposed to open the dust cover when fired along with the charging handle being pulled.. unfortunately the G&G dust cover has a cheap little plastic lip on the inside which is not durable by any means, and unfortunately BROKE the very first day of operation!!!.. so please excersize caution when you CLOSE your dust cover.. you should be willing to push that little lip in every time or risk breaking it and then its just annoying.. EVIKE helped out ALOT and has since ordered me a new dust cover :).. its worth mentioning that NOT all parts on this gun are TM compatable INCLUDING the dust cover.. so before purchasing replacement parts you should really find out if its a unique GR16 part which is required..
other than that i dont expect anything else to fail on this gun any time soon and could not be happier with it!!!
one question.. does anyone know how to get the flashider off the blowback model?? the non blowbacks have a hex key on the bottom side.. however i do not see a hex key on mine.. and before heating+cranking i want to know for sure haha

EXTERNALS:
AMAZING plastic body. feels just as strong as the metal bodies
Trades are very bright and look awesome
Nothing i can say but i was impressed for plastic. BEST PLASTIC BODY YOU CAN GET!
INTERNALS:
6.04 TIGHTBORE!!! I took out the barrel to install a 455mm madbull for my silencor and it shocked me when i took it out. It was silver. I thought to myself this is strange but AWESOME.
VERY ACCURATE with the stock barrel. No brass barrel in here. Hit my friend in the face on accident when i just sprayed 2 shots from about 100FT away.
I dont know much about the gearbox internals but i assure u this is the best gun u can buy for the price. DONT even thing about a JG or ECHO1 yeah they may have higher FPS but that doesnt mean anything. The bb will just get there faster but it wont hit them. This gun is almost a garunteed hit everytime.

a nice rate a fire

Wow totally impressed with this m4 it is one of the most accurate guns i own also it shoots very far compared to my ca m14 and m4.I skirmish in the mountains, and this gun performed excellent when you shoot it makes a real cool metallic sound that resonates indoors.The blowback is a very nice touch but there really is no recoil the rate of fire with a 9.6v is great and there is no trigger delay in semi, that really impressed me this gun shoots way better then my ca guns in semi and has far has build quality goes because g&g uses nylon fiber this gun looks better then most sport-line models i have seen and does not look out of place next to my metal guns.100% recommend this gun.

I like this gun, every good looks although its a bit hard to fix. and its plastic body...me and my friend got it just a few weeks ago its it worked well every since. OVer all 4 stars outta 5

This gun is amazing! The blowback does give a slight kick, but nothing to major. When mine came, it had the special forces logo on it instead (which I think is better) and the plastic flash hider was broken in a small section.

This gun by far is the biggest bang for the buck i have seen,the rate of fire with a 9.6v is crazy and this gun sounds awesome,but it is very loud the loudest airsoft gun i have shot to date.The nylon fiber body is the highest quality i have seen on a sport-line model, hard to tell its not metal and the logos look like on a metal gun not just a stamp into the abs like ca.The blow-back action its really more of a very light jolt but not has heavy has i thought it might be but watching the bolt action is real cool and the sound of the gear box which does sound different..Aim planning on buying a m16 by top-tech well once you go blow-back you wont go back great gun.

great gun my friend has one and works incredible the blowback is awsome !!!!! but like some of the other g&g's can you get the 10 dollar battery package?

Got mine today and its great! The blowback is not very hard (not like a real M4 of course!), but its an extra touch that's pretty impressive, its always a pleasure to see Airsoft manufactures coming out with new gearbox designs. Most of the parts inside the gearbox are still Marui compatible. Neat design. Good job G&G and Evike.com!
