It fits perfectly into the gun, and goes all the way into the foregrip. The ROF was insane on my gun with this! I emptied an entire 500 round magazine in only 5 minutes of battle (my teammates had all died, so it was 4 vs. 1, I had to retreat while giving suppressing fire). It lasts me the entire day of simulations. I highly suggest the battery! To Alex: The CYMA AK-74u is a basic copy of my Echo 1. So yes, it will fit.
