Yes, this is a 8.4V large type, it will fit MP5, M14, M4....ect with a full stock battery compartment that use a large type battery.

This is a good battery. Fits M16 and MP5 full stock no problem. Very high capacity, each charge lasts over almost 5000 rounds on my Marui M16 and MP5A4 High Grade. Wall chargers will work but I recommend getting the smart charger for these good batteries.
