Would this fit on an Classic Army M15A4 Carbine? If so then I would like to have it!

This RIS will fit your Matrix M4. The Matrix M4 is just like Echo1 M4, made by JG. Matrix and Echo1 are both USA importers of JG.

This ris will fit all JG, Echo1 and Matrix M4. You will probably need to cut your inner barrel down or buy a shorter one since this front end will make your gun really compact.

if not is their some sort of an adapter i can put on it?

if not those two is their any alternatrive for around 100$ that looks the same that will fit my matirx m4
