The Guarder T86 no longer comes with plastic gears inside, I personally have opened the gearbox and found it to be of very good quality. Full metal internals. If your looking for a gun with a high rate of fire, this gun is not for you, however if you want a gun that will last as long as you want it to, this one is great. Currently I have an M130 installed in mine, and it is shooting about 380fps (Low because of 2 part gearbox) I also have some great range, due to the excellent hop-up system. The only thing to beware of for this gun is that drum and box mags designed for TM or CA guns will not fit correctly in this gun. Overall the gun is of a great quality. No complaints other than no drum or box mags.

i have fixed these befor. they are nice but can break easy. if it is not you it is the gear box. the gears break with in a year. but it could be better with upgrades. unless you dont like to fix gearboxes dont get it
