Warranty
Policy & Return Info:
We
are sorry if an item arrived damaged by 3rd party shipping company or is a
manufacture defect.
We are here to help! Rest assured that we will walk you through this process and
get your item replaced immediately.
1) If your
order arrived damaged... Please inspect all content and contact shipper
immediately (UPS/FedEx). All packages are inspected prior to shipping with
insurance. Doing so right before calling us can help us get your package
replaced asap.
2) We do
not offer "check it out" orders... Be serious with your order to
help us keep our pricing low and all products brand new. Our pricing is marked
based on this warranty policy. Besides what our warranty covers. All sales are
final. You do not want to see us fold right?
3) Our
warranty covers factory defect for up to 14 days from the package arrival
time. Our warranty covers ONLY repair / replacement of
defective / damaged product. Warranty voids of the product is abused,
altered, damaged, skirmished, not in original brand new condition &
packaging, with removed orange tip (for Airsoft), or is over the warranty
period. Warranty does not cover battery, cosmetic damage on Chinese made Airsoft
guns, improper assembly and damages caused by improper usage. All sales are
final on special orders, gearboxes, serviced products, batteries, shoes, plants,
plastic toys under $60 and other products we specified to carry no warranty. To
purchase warranty not listed above please contact an evike.com representative.
4) All
packages without a RMA# issued will be refused or discarded.
5) Buyer
responsible for returning the goods to Evike.com for any warranty service. If
the product is a factory defect, we can issue reimbursement in refund or
products after the goods are inspected. To avoid discrepancy and fraud,
reimbursement will be UPS ground standard rate ONLY.
6) All false
claim will be discarded and treated as fraud. Evike.com have the best
technicians in the industry and we reserve the rights to all final
determinations.
7) Exceptions
for returning a brand new unused items are subject to management approval. A
minimum 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply.
8) To
apply for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) please fill out the
