Evike.com International order Policy,
FAQ and Procedures:
Evike.com welcome International orders. We schedule two international
outgoing shipments a week to meet Airsoft players need all over the world.
Due to the nature of Airsoft products, buyer must fully understand and agree
to the following when ordering Airsoft replicas.
Buyer Responsibility:
- Airsoft is 100% legal here in the USA. Due to that we are NOT familiar
with your local law and regulations, we ask our buyer to be 100% responsible
for their local law and regulations prior to purchase.
- Our standard invoice will label the goods "Airsoft Toy". If your country
requires special naming please let us know prior to your payment so our
shipping manager can assist you accordingly.
- Buyer is responsible for all duty (import tax that your government charge
you to provide you welfare).
- Buyer is responsible for any permit you might need to import, all dealing
with your countrys custom and any return shipping fee that might incurr if
package is not allowed into your country.
- Due to our low profit and the high cost of 3rd party International
shipping fees. Buyer is 100% responsible for all shipping fees when
requesting for any warranty service, repair or returns.
Payment we accept for international orders:
-Bank Wire Transfer
-Western Union Money Transfer (Please provide control number, address, phone
number and telephone number after you complete payment at your local Western
Union.)
-Paypal with confirmed address.
Shipping:
All packages containing airsoft replicas are shipped with express services
with tracking confirmation. Generally, an international package takes 3~15
business days to arrive.
*Airsoft related accessories (not replica guns) are generally allowed in all
countries from our experience.
*From our experience, Australia and Canada custom are the most strict in
terms of Airsoft importing. (Which is why $100 AEG are $500 in Canada retail
stores.)
How To Place An International Order With Evike.com?
Step 1. Agree to all of above.
Step 2. Generate your order: Go on
www.evike.com, add your desired product into the shopping cart.
Step 3. Shipping: If you select "international (we will
contact you for shipping)", an Evike.com representative will quote you on
shipping charges and revise your order total.
Shipping: If you select "UPS Global Express mail" the shipping
will be pre-quoted by UPS.
Step 4. Payment: Select "paypal". If you wish to pay via
paypal.
Payment: If you wish to pay via bank wire / western union. Just
cut and paste your cart content into an email and email us at
sales@evike.com with your order detail
and shipping address.
Once payment is complete, our specialized and trained staff will process
your order and ship out your package immediately.
